Cedar Creek Lake Fishing Tips September 2020

Sandies are stacked on main lake points and ridges in 9-13 feet of water, using small chrome slabs early then switching to trolling the hell/pet rigs later in the morning. Limits are normal now, and as temps start falling, fish will stack up deeper and the slab bit will improve daily.

Fished with the young boys earlier in the week. They went with me 15 years ago when they were young and after a 15-year break they are still young. Left the dock at 10 am and back at the dock at 12:15 with a nice 3-person limit of nice White Bass, all caught on chrome slabs as well as hell/Pet spoon and hell/super dooper rigs over mid lake points 11-14 feet deep.
