As the white bass finish their spawning and head out onto the main lake, they are hungry and are feeding heavily on small thread fin shad. Watch for circling seagulls over main lake humps and points. Attempt to position boat upwind and drift in the the schooling fish or use an anchor.
Lures of choice are small chrome slabs like a cotton Cordell spoon, small rattle traps, soft plastic swim baits will all work.
Lots of small Hybrids mixed in with the Sandies so check fish carefully if you are keeping fish.
